Jason Grubb is a 6× Masters CrossFit Games Champion, performance coach, and founder of Bolder Athlete. He has won world titles across two age divisions (40-44 and 45-49) and continues to compete in the 50-54 division.
Jason started CrossFit at 38, overweight and sedentary. Through a decade of structured training, competition, and relentless refinement, he developed a system for managing training load that has proven effective at the highest level of Masters competition.
He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, brings a background in competitive poker, and is a father of four and grandfather. He lives in Helena, Alabama with his wife Gina.
